
Fried Chicken Steak with Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts 2 cut into halves to make 4 fillets
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Ingredients For Coating:
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 qty Eggs beaten
Ingredients For Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 2 ounce Butter
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chicken powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- Marinate chicken fillets with all the ingredients, also add in soya sauce, vinegar, beat eggs, in another plate spread flour, coat each fillet in flour then dip in egg
- Again spread in flour and shallow fry in fry pan till light golden.
METHOD FOR SAUCE:
- Heat oil, fry garlic, add flour, cook for 1 min, add in stock, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed, add lemon juice with all the remaining ingredients.
- When sauce starts to thicken, remove from heat, serve with fried chicken steaks.
