
Makhmali Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 3 qty Potatoes(boiled & mashed)
- ½ tsp Crumbled cottage cheese
- 3 tsp Onion chopped
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Allspice
- ½ tsp Chat masala
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 tsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl, knead with lukewarm water to make a soft dough.
- Lastly apply oil, keep aside for half an hour. Roll little thick rotties and grill on tawa with little oil or ghee.
- Serve with any raita or green chutney.
