
Haray Masale Ki Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Fish slices
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic
- ¼ cup Oil
Ingredients For Green Chutney:
- 2 tsp Coconut grinded
- 10 qty Green chilies
- 4 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
Ingredients For Masala:
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Tamarind pulp thick
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 qty Tomatoes cut into wedges
- 2 qty Green chilies coarsely chopped
Ingredients For Temper:
- ¼ cup Oil
- 20 qty Curry leaves
- 6 qty Button red chilies
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
Instructions
- Grind green chutney with all the given ingredients under chutney heading. Heat oil ½ cup, add in the above grinded chutney, fry well.
- Then add slightly pan fried fish with ½ cup water, add tamarind pulp, sugar, leave it on dum for 15 min.
- Lastly add temper and add coarsely wedges of tomatoes and chopped thick green chilies.
