
Kofta Anda Pulao Platter Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients For Kofta:
- ½ kg Mince beef
- 3 tsp Seekh kebab masala
- 2 qty Bread soaked in milk slices
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Roasted gram flour
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Almonds grinded
- 4 qty Boiled eggs
Ingredients For Gravy:
- 4 tso Brown onion grinded
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1½ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
Ingredients For Rice:
- ½ kg Rice soaked
- ¼ cup Brown onion
- 1 tsp Whole spices mixed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Kewra water
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
Instructions
Method For Kofta:
- Marinate mince with all the given ingredients and chopperize well, make into balls, keep aside.
Method For Rice:
- Heat oil, add brown onion, mixed whole spices, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and water with salt, when boiling add rice, chicken powder, and leave it on dum.
- Lastly add kewra and remove.
Method For Gravy:
- Heat oil, add in all the given ingredients under gravy, fry well, add kofta, cook for 15 mins until done.
To Serve:
- Put rice in a platter, top with kofta, decorate with boiled egg wedges, coriander leaves, serve hot.
