Kasoori Murgh Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ kg Chicken
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 3 Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 3 Onion
- 10 Whole Red Chilli
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Fenugreek
- ½ bunch Coriander
Instructions
- In a large pot heat some oil, add 2-3 sliced onions and fry till their brown.
- Add chicken, ginger garlic paste and mix well for 5 minutes.
- Next add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, mix well and then let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- Then green chilies, garam masala, fenugreek and stir well.
- Add coriander for garnish and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with Naan!
