
Maghaz Pepper Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 boiled Beef brain boiled
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- 1½ tsp Crushed black pepper
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
- 3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 15-20 qty Curry leaves
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Green chili garlic sauce
- Parathas to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil, fry onion till light golden, add curry leaves, chopped ginger garlic with salt, black pepper and yogurt, fry masala well, add boiled brain, slightly break, cover and cook till done.
- Lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves, kasuri meethi, allspice, leave it on dum.
