
Khaas Kala Chola Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Black chickpeas boiled
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tsp White cumin
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt heaped
- 1½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- 25 qty Curry leaves
- ½ cup Tamarind pulp
- 4 tsp Coriander leaves
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
- ½ qty Tomato
- 2-3 tsp Onion diced
- ½ tsp Sav
Instructions
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic, fry for 2 mins, add all the seasonings, fry well, add boiled kala Chana, leave it on dum, add Imli pulp, cook till done. Lastly add chopped greens.
To Serve:
- Put prepared Chana in a plate, top with cubes of chopped tomatoes, onion, top with sav, coriander leaves and chat masala, serve immediately.
