
Masala Matar Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Peas
- 4 tbsp Brown onion grinded
- Oil less than half cup
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 6 qty Green chilies whole
- ΒΌ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt leveled
- 2 qty Tomatoes blended
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaf
Instructions
- Heat oil, add onions with all the seasonings, and half cup water fry well add blended tomatoes, chilies, with peas leave it on Dum for 10 min.
- Lastly add coriander leaf, serve with Pori or Roti.
