
Saucy Steak Platter Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 qty Tikka boti packet
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 qty Onion cut into round
- 1 qty Capsicum
- 6 qty Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Garlic bread to serve
- French fries to serve
Instructions
- Marinate tikka boti with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins. Heat oil and butter, add crushed garlic, fry, add marinated meat, fry well for 7-8 mins.
- Add all the sauces, cook for 5 mins, add veggies fry on fast flame for 3 mins, serve hot on a sizzler or platter.
- Serve with fries and garlic bread.
