
Methi Kaleji Recipe
Methi Kaleji recipe is all set to be cooked and served deliciously.
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton liver (small pieces)
- ½ kg Fenugreek (chopped)
- 2 qty Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup Onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp All spice leveled
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion for 5 mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste with all the dry seasonings and chopped tomatoes.
- Fry for 5 mins.
- Add in chopped fenugreek.
- Cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Add liver cook for just 10 mins.
- Lastly add in salt, all spice.
- Fry well and remove.
- Served and garnish with sliced green chili.
