Methi Ka Parathe Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 250 g Fenugreek
- 1 cup Flour
- 6 Green Chilies
- ½ cup Coriander
- ½ cup Mint
- 1 tsp Red Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Whole Coriander Seeds
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Oil As Needed
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water and then add red chili, salt, turmeric, whole coriander, cumin and cook.
- In a chopper add green chili, coriander, mint, garlic, flour and chop together and gradually add into hot water.
- Knead a hard dough and shape into small rotis, and fry on an oiled pan.
