
Palak Qeema Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mince
- 2 cups Spinach (chopped)
- 1 qty Onion (sliced)
- 3 bunches Fenugreek leaves
- ½ bunch Dill chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed)
- Green chilies for garnishing
- Coriander chopped for garnishing
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion fry till light golden add ginger garlic mince, all dry seasonings, fry well add 1 cup of water cover and cook toll mince half done.
- Add spinach fenugreek leaves and dill.
- When mince half done add the greens.
- Cover and cook till done lastly add milk coriander leaves green chilies allspice powder fry well and remove.
