
Peri Peri Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken with skin (4 pieces)
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¾ tsp Black pepper
- 1½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Hot peri-peri sauce
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Meat tenderizer
Ingredients For Peri-Peri Sauce:
- 4 qty Red chilies whole
- 12 qty Button red chilies
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
- ½ cup Oil
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- 1 qty Onion small
- 1 tsp Lemon salt
- ½ cup White vinegar
- 1 tsp Crushed mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 2 hours, grill chicken pcs in a pre-heated oven for 20 mins, remove in a fry pan with a marinade and pan.
- Fry for 8-10 mins till light golden, adding in 2 tsp of peri-peri sauce, put in a serving platter, serve with fries.
Method For Peri-Peri Sauce:
- Blend all the ingredients very well until sauce smooth.
