Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken cubes
  • 1 qty Onion finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ¾ tsp White pepper
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mix all spice
  • 8 to 10 qty Green chili
  • ½ qty Green coriander (bunch)
  • ¼ tsp Mace nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp Fennel powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 1 qty Tomato slice
  • Boiled peas as required
  • Fried onion to garnish
  • ½ kg Basmati rice soaked
  • 4 qty Boil and fried Potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil add onion and whole spices.
  • Also add salt, white pepper, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and fennel powder roast well.
  • Add yogurt and 2-3 green chili fry well.
  • Add water.
  • Also add ginger, mace nutmeg powder and soaked rice.
  • Before simmering add tomato, pea, green chili and coriander.
  • Dish out garnish with fired onion.
