
Punjabi Masala Pulao Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken cubes
- 1 qty Onion finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ¾ tsp White pepper
- ¾ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Mix all spice
- 8 to 10 qty Green chili
- ½ qty Green coriander (bunch)
- ¼ tsp Mace nutmeg powder
- ½ tsp Fennel powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
- 1 qty Tomato slice
- Boiled peas as required
- Fried onion to garnish
- ½ kg Basmati rice soaked
- 4 qty Boil and fried Potatoes
Instructions
- Heat oil add onion and whole spices.
- Also add salt, white pepper, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and fennel powder roast well.
- Add yogurt and 2-3 green chili fry well.
- Add water.
- Also add ginger, mace nutmeg powder and soaked rice.
- Before simmering add tomato, pea, green chili and coriander.
- Dish out garnish with fired onion.
