Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton
  • ½ kg Rice
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 qty Onion Slices
  • 2 qty Cinnamon
  • 1 qty Big Cardamom
  • 2 to 3 qty Small Cardamom
  • 4 to 6 qty Black pepper
  • 3 to 5 qty Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ cup Yogurt
  • 15 qty Cashew Nuts
  • 3 tbsp Almonds, Pistachios
  • ½ tsp Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Add in ½ cup oil and add in 2 chopped onions and fry them till they are brown.
  • And crush them.
  • Add in cinnamon, big cardamom, small cardamom, black pepper, cloves, ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton.
  • Add in red chili powder, salt and 2 tbsp water.
  • Add in beaten yogurt and cover the pan.
  • Add in water and cook till the meat tenders.
  • Add in soaked rice.
  • Once the rice are cooked add in 2 cups of more water.
  • In 2 tbsp milk, add in saffron and dissolve it.
  • When the water of the rice dries, add in saffron.
  • In the end, dish it out and garnish it with almonds, pistachios and fried cashews.
