Add in ½ cup oil and add in 2 chopped onions and fry them till they are brown.
And crush them.
Add in cinnamon, big cardamom, small cardamom, black pepper, cloves, ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton.
Add in red chili powder, salt and 2 tbsp water.
Add in beaten yogurt and cover the pan.
Add in water and cook till the meat tenders.
Add in soaked rice.
Once the rice are cooked add in 2 cups of more water.
In 2 tbsp milk, add in saffron and dissolve it.
When the water of the rice dries, add in saffron.
In the end, dish it out and garnish it with almonds, pistachios and fried cashews.
