  • ½ kg Sela rice for 4 hours and fully boiled
  • 6 qty Cloves
  • 6 qty Green cardamom
  • ½ cup Clarified butter
  • ½ kg Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • Rose/ screw essence few drops
  • ½ cup Mixedashrafi
  • ½ tsp Saffron
  • ½ tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 1 qty Black cardamom crushed
  • 1 cup Water


  • 2 tbsp Mixed dry fruits
  • 200 gm Whole dried milk


  • Wash and soak rice for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Boil with whole spices until fully done, drain and keep aside.
  • Heat clarified butter, addfully water and sugar, mix well, add yogurt, cook tll sugar melts completely .
  • Add fully boiled rice, mix cover and cook till sugar syrup dries completely.
  • Then add in all the nuts, saffron, green and black cardamom, essence, half quantity of whole dried milk, cover and leave it on dum, remove in a platter.
  • Serve garnish wit remaining whole dried milk, remaining nuts and ashrafi, serve hot.
