Wash and soak rice for 3 to 4 hours.
Boil with whole spices until fully done, drain and keep aside.
Heat clarified butter, addfully water and sugar, mix well, add yogurt, cook tll sugar melts completely .
Add fully boiled rice, mix cover and cook till sugar syrup dries completely.
Then add in all the nuts, saffron, green and black cardamom, essence, half quantity of whole dried milk, cover and leave it on dum, remove in a platter.
Serve garnish wit remaining whole dried milk, remaining nuts and ashrafi, serve hot.
