
Sizzling Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Undercut Beef (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Hoi son Sauce
- ½ tsp White pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 qty Egg white
- 2 tbsp Corn flour heaped
- 2 tbsp Oil
FOR STEAK SAUCE
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- ½ cups Sweet sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoi son sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 cup Stock
- 1 tbsp Corn flour dissolved in water
Instructions
- Marinate undercut with chili sauce, hoi son, salt, white pepper, sugar, egg white, corn flour and oil for 1 hour, deep fry undercut for 10 min.
- Remove and keep aside.
FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil fry garlic, then golden above all the seasoning with stock.
- Beef lastly thicken the sauce with corn flour paste, heat sizzler, add 1 tbsp oil.
- Then add the beef with sauce serve sizzling hot.
