Prick boiled eggs with the help of wooden skewer,cut in half & set aside.
Heat griddle,add cooking oil,sprinkle salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,place boiled eggs (yolk side down) & cook for 1-2 minutes,flip & set aside.
On same griddle,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & mix well.
Add blended paste,mix well & cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
Place eggs,cover with gravy,add water,green chillies,fresh coriander,dried fenugreek leaves,cover & steam cook for 3-4 minutes & serve!
