  • ½ kg Fish fillet
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 qty Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ packet Cream


  • Marinate fish fillet with salt both the peppers and lemon juice.
  • Put bread crumbs in a bowl season with salt pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika, mix herbs and garlic powder.
  • In another bowl, add cream and egg and beat together, spread flour in a dish, grease oven proof dish with oil, coat fish in flour then in egg and cream then in bread crumbs put in a baking dish bake for 20 mins until golden.
  • Serve immediately.
