
ITALIAN BAKED FISH RECIPE
Ingredients
- ½ kg Fish fillet
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ packet Cream
Instructions
- Marinate fish fillet with salt both the peppers and lemon juice.
- Put bread crumbs in a bowl season with salt pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika, mix herbs and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, add cream and egg and beat together, spread flour in a dish, grease oven proof dish with oil, coat fish in flour then in egg and cream then in bread crumbs put in a baking dish bake for 20 mins until golden.
- Serve immediately.
