
Trichando Chicken With Peri Peri Rice Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients For Column 1:
- ½ kg Chicken boneless cut into 1 inch cubes marinate with
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Peri-peri sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Oil
Ingredients For Column 2:
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 3 tsp Peri-peri sauce sieved
- 1 tsp Flour
Ingredients For Peri Peri Rice:
- 3 cups Boiled rice
- 2-3 tsp Oil
- ½ cubes Capsicum
- ½ cubes Tomato
- 2 tsp Peri-peri sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
Instructions
- Marinate cubes of boneless chicken with all the ingredients of column 1 for 30 mins. Heat oil, fry garlic for 2 mins, add in marinated chicken, cook for 8-10 mins till chicken tender.
- Add 1 cup water for gravy, when mixture boiling thicken gravy with flour paste, lastly add in sieved peri-peri sauce and remove, serve with peri-peri rice.
Method For Peri Peri Rice:
- Heat oil in a wok, add boiled rice with peri-peri sauce and veggies, salt and chicken powder, toss well and serve.
