Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Ridge Gourd (sliced)
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 15 qty Curry leaves
  • 1 qty Onion (finely chopped)
  • 6 qty Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 qty Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Peel gourd and slice very finely.
  • Heat oil, add curry leaves and the chopped onion and green chilies, when onion soft add toorai Turmeric powder and salt.
  • Cover pan and cook about 20 min, add in beaten eggs stirring continuously.
  • Cook till done.
  • Add coriander leave and serve with Roti.
