
Turai aur Anday ki Bhurji Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Ridge Gourd (sliced)
- ½ cup Oil
- 15 qty Curry leaves
- 1 qty Onion (finely chopped)
- 6 qty Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 qty Eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Peel gourd and slice very finely.
- Heat oil, add curry leaves and the chopped onion and green chilies, when onion soft add toorai Turmeric powder and salt.
- Cover pan and cook about 20 min, add in beaten eggs stirring continuously.
- Cook till done.
- Add coriander leave and serve with Roti.
