
Zafrani Koftay Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mince
- 2 + 2 qty Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic heaped
- 1 tsp + ½ qty Allspice
- 2 tbsp Roasted gram
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ¼ tsp Saffron
- 1 tsp Screw pine Water
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 + 1 qty Chili powder
- 1 + 1 qty Salt
- 2 tsp Corinader powder
- 1 tsp Cumin roasted & crush
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 3 to 4 qty Green chilies
Instructions
FOR KOFTAY
- Boil half mince in 1 cup water when dries remove.
- Grind the raw and boil mince + 2 onion together in a chopper with grinded gram, poppy seeds, salt chili powder allspice.
- Mix well make into balls and shallow fry.
FOR GRAVY
- Brown onions grind the onions add to the oil with ginger garlic paste coriander cumin chili powder salt allspice and yoghurt fry well add 1 cup water add the fry koftas leave it on Dum lastly add allspice kewra and saffron.
