Papaya Smoothie With Flaxseed:
- ½ Papaya
- 1 cup Water OR Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
- Honey OR Sugar To Taste
Lacative Fruit Smoothie:
- 2 slice Pineapple
- 2 slice Mango
- 1 Peel Peach
- 300 ml Water
Instructions
Papaya Smoothie With Flaxseed:
- Mix the papaya and water (or yogurt) in a blender.
- Then add the flaxseed and sweeten to taste.
- This home remedy can be used in small children with constipation.
Lacative Fruit Smoothie:
- Dice the pineapple slices and place in a blender.
- Then wash and cut the mango and peach into small pieces and add to the blender.
- Pour in the water and blend until well-combined. Serve and drink while still cold.
