Delicious Pomegranate Raita Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g Yogurt
- ½ cup Pomegranate
- ½ cup Potatoes
- ½ cup Cucumber
- ½ cup Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Green Chili
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- Salt To Taste
For Tarka:
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- 4-5 Whole Red Chili
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add all Raita ingredients including yogurt and mix well.
- Now heat oil and add Curry leaves, chili and cumin seeds and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add this tarka in Raita and mix well. Your super yummy Pomegranate Raita is ready.
