Dhora Ji Kay Khatty Aalu Recipe
- 1 kg Baby potatoes peeled and boiled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Khatai powder
- 1 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
- ½ tsp All spice
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- ½ cup Tamarind pulp
- 4 tbsp Sambal oleak
- ½ cup Oil
- 20 qty Curry leaves
- Peel and boil baby potatoes, heat oil add curry leaves, grinded Kashmiri chili paste.
- Add salt, khatai powder, cumin, chat masala, all spice.
- Add lemon juice, tamarind pulp, cook for 10 minutes and remove.
- Dhora Ji Kay Khatty Aalu is ready to be served among friends and family with joy.
