
Torrai Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Ridge Gourd
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 6 to 8 qty Green chilies (sliced)
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 qty Onion (sliced) medium
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and fry till light brown.
- Then add ginger and garlic.
- Fry for a minute.
- Now add mustard seeds and ridge gourd.
- Then add salt and green chilies.
- Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Now add yogurt and cook on a high flame for another 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
