Homemade Curry Powder Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ⅓ tsp Mango Powder (Optional)
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Salt
- ⅓ tsp Ginger Powder
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Store in Glass container for 4 months.
Notes:
- Use the well-blended spice mix to make curry powder.
- For the best result, use roasted fennel and coriander powder.
