
Hummus Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
FOR FILLING
- ½ cup Chick peas boiled
- 1 tbsp Tahini paste heaped
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- ½ cup Cream
- ½ tsp both Salt & pepper
- 2 to 3 tbsp Oil
FOR VEGGIES
- 1 qty Cucumber
- 1 qty Onion
- 1 qty Tomato
- Olives chopped for topping
- Jalapeno chopped as required
Instructions
- Mini buns 12 scoop out from center, brush with melted butter and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins on 180 d till crisp.
- Scoop out the center of mini buns, brush with melted butter inside and toast in oven till crisp, blend together all the ingredients for filling in a blender until smooth hummus is made.
- Fold in all the veggies in the hummus and stuff in the mini buns, decorate with olives and jalapenos, serve.
