
Szechwan Chicken with Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 pinch Orange red color
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
- 3 tbsp Szechwan sauce
- 1 tsp Crush red pepper
- 1 qty Capsicum (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, orange color salt, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce , soya sauce, sweet chili sauce, heat oil add crushed garlic and chilies, fry for 2 mins.
- Add Szechwan sauce, with marinated chicken cook for 10 min till tender.
- Add crush pepper capsicum sauté for 1 min.
- If required thickens with corn flour paste.
