
Tom Kha Kai Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 qty Chicken breast cut into thin julienne
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 4 qty Mushrooms sliced
- 4 qty Green chilies small ones cut in halves
- 1 tsp Ginger sliced
- 1 cup Thick coconut milk
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tsp Flour
- 4 cups Stock
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp Chili oil
- ¼ tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips with salt and white pepper ½ tsp each, boil stock, add in marinated chicken with dissolved flour paste, mushrooms, green chilies, ginger slice, coconut milk, crushed red pepper.
- Remaining salt and white pepper, lemon juice, chili oil and fish sauce, cook till thick serve hot with coriander leaves.
