Cheesy pizza squares Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 packet Square crackers
- ½ cup Pizza sauce
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp Olive slice
- 1 qty Onion chopped coarsely
- 1 qty Tomatoes seeds removed and chopped
- 1 qty Capsicum chopped in to cubes
- Oregano to sprinkle
FOR PIZZA SAUCE
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 4 tbsp Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 qty Onion chopped
Instructions
FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic then add all the ingredients except cream cheese and cream.
- Cook for 10 minutes and remove.
- Add cream and cream cheese.
- Mix well.
- Serve with pizza squares.
FOR SQUARES
- Spread pizza sauce on each cracker top with cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, capsicum then both the cheese, sprinkle oregano, bake for 7 to 8 minutes until cheese melts.
