  • 2 qty Chicken breast
  • 1 qty Potato (grated) large
  • 2 qty Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp Black pepper half
  • ½ tsp Crush red pepper half
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
  • ½ cup Rice flour half


  • In a chopper put chicken, potato, salt pepper, crush red pepper, egg, lemon juice and rice flour, mix all well.
  • Make into portions, roll each portion in to bread crumbs, and roll to give a shape of fries and Deep fry.
