
Chicken Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients
FOR DOUGH
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese heaved
- Water to knead
FOR SAUCE
- ½ cup Cream
- 3 qty Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 tbsp Green chili garlic sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
FOR CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE
- 250 gm Boneless chicken tiny cubes
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ qty Egg beaten
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 qty Onion cut in to cubes
- 1 qty Cucumber cut in to tiny cubes
- 1 qty Tomato cut into tiny cubes
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
Instructions
METHOD FOR DOUGH
- Sieve flour and baking powder.
- Mix in sugar, salt and oregano.
- Rub in ghee and cheese.
- Knead into a medium dough with water.
- Leave to rest for 30 mins.
- Make into 4 balls.
- Roll into thin roti.
- Cook on fry pan on both the sides then put ghee and fry till slightly crisp.
- Spread with sauce then chicken and vegetable.
- Roll it.
METHOD FOR SAUCE
- Cook milk and cream in a sauce pan.
- When boiling, add cheese and all the rest cook till thick.
METHOD FOR CHICKEN
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients and shallow fry.
