
Corn Bhujia Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweet corns
- 4 tbsp Gram flour heaped
- ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Crush red pepper
- 1 qty Egg
- 2 qty Green chilies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leave chopped
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In a blender put corn, gram flour, ginger garlic, salt sugar, crush red pepper and egg.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove in a bowl add chopped coriander green chilies, mix well deep fry till golden brown.
