Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 250 g Pasta
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ Onion
- 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Crushed Chilli Flakes
- ½ cup Boiled Pasta Water
- 1 tsp Chicken Powder
- 250 g Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
For Garnishing:
- Basil Leaves As Required
- Parsley As Required
- Herbs As Required
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil add chopped onion cook for 1 to 2min add mushrooms sliced, tomato paste and pasta water as much required.
- Cook and blend it together. Add butter to pan and the blended sauce add spices and herbs, chicken powder, remaining pasta water cook till thick add heavy cream
- Boil pasta and add to the pan now add cheese. Enjoy with bread or any side dish of your choice.
