
Fire Crackers Shrimps Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Shrimps
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 qty Egg
- 4 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
METHOD FOR SHRIMPS
- Mix altogether in a bowl and deep fry shrimps until golden brown.
- Keep aside.
- Fire cracker sauce
- 4 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 4 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili paste
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1 qty Spring onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Red capsicum finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil fry garlic till light golden.
- Add in all the sauces with fried shrimps balls, toss well in gravy.
- Serve garnish with spring onion chopped and chopped red capsicum.
- Serve on a bed of thin rice stick noodles.
