Home Made Daal Moong Nimco Recipe
Ingredients
Daal Moong Nimco:
- 1½ cups Yellow Lentils
- Oil For Frying
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
Daal Moong Nimco:
- Soak yellow lentil gram in water for 3-4 hours then strain,spread out evenly on a tray so that all the water is removed and pat dry completely.
- In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame for 6-8 minutes or until crispy then strain on kitchen tissue paper and let it dry completely.
- In yellow lentil gram,add salt,mix well & serve!
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
