Fresh Fruit:

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Mango
  • cup Grapes
  • cup Pomegranate
  • 2 Banana
  • 1 Oranges

Fruit Chaat:

  • 3-4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2-3 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Mint Leaves For Garnish


  • Combine the fruit and fruit chaat ingredients (except mint) in a serving bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Garnish with mint, if desired. Serve fresh or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best consumed within 1 day.


  • If using bananas and not serving immediately, you may add them right before serving for added freshness
