In a bowl add sugar, salt, butter, yeast, flour and stir to combine. Then knead with warm water until your bread is soft and tacky, but not sticky. Continue to knead until a soft ball of dough forms and clears the sides of the bowl, for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it proof until it raises double in size, for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Turn the dough out onto a clean, lightly floured surface. Gently press it all over to remove any air pockets. Gently pat it into a rectangle shape.
Grease your baking dish with butter and transfer dough in it. Brush the dough with some more butter and bake it in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 or above degree or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with some more melted butter. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and cool completely before slicing. Your bread is ready.
In a bowl add mayonnaise, fresh basil, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper powder and white pepper powder. Mix all these ingredients until well combined. Your spread is ready set aside.
Cut the top off the bread and hollow it out.
