Preheat oven on no.4 .
Grease oven tray.
Sift flour and rub in butter lightly until it resembles fine bread crumbs.
Add in the milk and salt.
Knead to smooth dough.
Divide the dough in half.
Roll out each half on baking paper to rectangle of ¼ inch thick.
Spread with sauce , mix in onions , mushrooms , chicken , coriander leaves and cheese.
Spread evenly over the sauce.
Roll over the dough from the long side.
Cut each roll into even slices.
Place slices in the tray and bake for 20 min or until golden.
