  • ½ kg Chicken breast boneless
  • 1 tbsp Papaya raw
  • 2 tsp Red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Hot spices
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • In a bowl, combine the chicken with the papaya, red pepper, salt, ginger, garlic, yogurt, hot spices, white pepper and oil.
  • Now place them on skewers and barbecue on charcoal.
