
Chicken Makhani Boti Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (16 pieces)
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Whole coriander seeds roasted and crushed
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds roasted and crushed
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp All spice
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ¼ cup Oil
- 4 ounces Butter
- 2 tbsp Ginger julienne
- 6 qty Green chilies cut in strips
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with all above for 3 hours. Heat oil in a wok, add marinated chicken, cook on low flame till done.
- Then add to it butter, ginger julienne, green chilies sliced, cook till chicken tender and dry.
