
Espetada Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken cubes of 3 inches each flattened slightly, marinate with
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Meat tenderizer
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2-3 tsp peri-peri sauce
- 2 qty Tomatoes
- 2 qty Capsicum
Instructions
- Flatten chicken cubes, marinate with all the given ingredients, put on skewers, alternating with cubes of tomato and capsicum.
- Cook in a pre-heated oven on 180 D for 20 mins, give dum of coal and pan fry in 2 tsp oil in fry pan, serve with rice or pita bread.
