
Murgh Anmol Moti Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken breast Cut in cubes
- ½ cup Hung curd
- ½ tsp Black cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 10 qty Cashew nuts ground
- ½ tsp Allspice powder
- 1 ½ tsp Chili powder heaped
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Rose water
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- Clarified butter for brushing
- 1 tbsp Sambal oleak
- 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
FOR SALAD
- 2 tbsp Salad dressing
- 1 qty Onion cut into rings
- ½ qty Carrot grated
- ½ qty Cucumber cut into moon slices
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken cubes with all the given spices, leave it for marinate for 2 hours.
- Put chicken cubes on skewers, roast in a moderate oven for 20 mins.
- Brushing with ghee in between, serve hot with salad and chatni.

- Mix all together, serve with murg anmol moti.
