
Nandos Grilled Chicken Recipe
Nandos Restaurant style Grilled Chicken is full of flavor and warming. You will love this version of chicken. A party presentable dish with fries and dip.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- ⅓ tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tbsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Perry Perry Sauce
- 1 tsp Matt Tenderizer
Instructions
- Combine the chicken with soy sauce, pepper, garlic paste, oyster sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, perry perry sauce and meat tenderizer for two hours.
- Then grill the chicken in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Now put it in a frying pan and fry for eight to ten minutes, until it becomes light golden.
- Then serve with fries.
