Achaari Mooli Ky Parathay Recipe

Pickled radish parathas are stuffed and fried. Very tasty breakfast or lunch can be enjoy with whipped curd.

Ingredients
  

FOR DOUGH

  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ½ tsp Salt

FOR FILLING

  • 250 gm Radish (grated)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Achari masala
  • 2 qty Green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)

Instructions
 

FOR DOUGH

  •  Mix altogether and knead with warm water.
  • Keep cover for half an hour and use accordingly.

FOR FILLING

  •  Add salt in radish and leave it for half an hour.
  • Squeeze out all the moisture from the radish very well.
  • Then add to it achari masala, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and onion.
  • Now put the filling in a dough and fry it.
  • Paratha is ready to serve.
