
Achaari Mooli Ky Parathay Recipe
Pickled radish parathas are stuffed and fried. Very tasty breakfast or lunch can be enjoy with whipped curd.
Ingredients
FOR DOUGH
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- ½ tsp Salt
FOR FILLING
- 250 gm Radish (grated)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Achari masala
- 2 qty Green chilies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
Instructions
FOR DOUGH
- Mix altogether and knead with warm water.
- Keep cover for half an hour and use accordingly.
FOR FILLING
- Add salt in radish and leave it for half an hour.
- Squeeze out all the moisture from the radish very well.
- Then add to it achari masala, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and onion.
- Now put the filling in a dough and fry it.
- Paratha is ready to serve.
