  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • ½ cup Semolina
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 4 qty Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Yellow colour
  • 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp Soda by carb
  • Water to make batter
  • Clarified butter for frying


  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, sugar, egg, yellow color, green cardamom powder and water.
  • Make into a thin batter, cover and leave it for 4 hours.
  • Just before frying add soda by carb and mix well.
  • Deep fry in a skillet or large fry pan in clarified butter.
  • Serve with balai or rabri.
