
Malpura Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cup All purpose flour
- ½ cup Semolina
- ½ cup Sugar
- 4 qty Eggs
- ¼ tsp Yellow colour
- 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
- ½ tsp Soda by carb
- Water to make batter
- Clarified butter for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, sugar, egg, yellow color, green cardamom powder and water.
- Make into a thin batter, cover and leave it for 4 hours.
- Just before frying add soda by carb and mix well.
- Deep fry in a skillet or large fry pan in clarified butter.
- Serve with balai or rabri.
