Spenish Omelette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Beef mince
- 1/2 cup Peas (boiled)
- 4 nos Eggs
- 1 nos Onion (finely chopped)
- 4 nos French beans (chopped)
- 2 nos Potatoes (boiled and chopped)
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Grated Paneer
- 1 tsp Gram FlourĀ
- 1/2 cup Fresh Milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Separate the egg whites and yolks
- Beat the egg whites well with a whisk
- Beat the yolks separately, add potatoes, peas, onions, French beans, gram flour and milk to it
- Grease a frying pan with oil, then spread the whites
- Add yolk, olive oil, cheese, black pepper and salt and cook for a few minutes
- Cook it again and again for a few minutes and take it out on a plate
