
Chocolate Ice Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR BASE
- 200 gm Oreo biscuits crushed
- 4 ounce Butter melted
INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE
- 6 qty Eggs
- 6 ounce Sugar
- 5 ounce Flour
- 1 ounce Coco powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 200 gm Fresh cream whipped
- 1 liter Vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Make sponge cake, cut into three layers.
METHOD TO ASSEMBLE CAKE
- Crush biscuits, mix with butter and line the base of 9 inches loose bottom pan, on top of the biscuit layer.
- Put one layer of cake moist with pineapple syrup, spread with ice cream, top with another layer of cake, moist with syrup.
- Spread with ice cream.
- Spread with whipped cream.
- Decorate with Oreo biscuits and chocolate sauce, serve frozen.
