Ingredients
  

INGREDIENTS FOR BASE

  • 200 gm Oreo biscuits crushed
  • 4 ounce Butter melted

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE

  • 6 qty Eggs
  • 6 ounce Sugar
  • 5 ounce Flour
  • 1 ounce Coco powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 200 gm Fresh cream whipped
  • 1 liter Vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup Chocolate sauce

Instructions
 

  • Make sponge cake, cut into three layers.

METHOD TO ASSEMBLE CAKE

  • Crush biscuits, mix with butter and line the base of 9 inches loose bottom pan, on top of the biscuit layer.
  • Put one layer of cake moist with pineapple syrup, spread with ice cream, top with another layer of cake, moist with syrup.
  • Spread with ice cream.
  • Spread with whipped cream.
  • Decorate with Oreo biscuits and chocolate sauce, serve frozen.
