
Chocolate Victoria Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 qty Eggs
- Plain flour as required
- Cocoa powder as required
- Caster sugar as required
- Butter as required
- 9 gram Baking powder
- Salt a pinch
- 6 tsp Milk
- 200 gram whip cream
- 200 gram Dark Chocolate
- 50 gram Black berry jam
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a stand mixing bowl mix sugar and butter , then add eggs one by one , now add all the dry ingredients make batterĀ .
- Add milk and pour this in 9 inch cake pan divide and bale 30 min for 170 degree.
- Then make like sandwich fill chocolate and cream place another cake and served.
